Applications for participation in the conference and materials (in separate files, including audio and video) are accepted until May 12, 2011 at Vladimir State University, 87 Gorki Street, Vladimir, Russia, 600000 Conference Committee "Deviating human behavior in today's world: challenges and solutions" or by e-mail deviatio2010@mail.ru. Working language is Russian. Publications will be printed in collection of articles and at the web site of the conference http://deviatio2010.vlsu.ru.

Theses and articles are presented in format MS Word, type 12, Times New Roman, single interval, paragraph (indention of the first line is 1,25 cm), margins – 2,5 cm, the bottom one – 3 cm. Names of files are registered as “Author’s surname_application”, “Author’s surname_article”. The minimum volume of publication - 3 pages.

One page costs 120 roubles for Russian and Community of Independent States participants and those from Far foreign countries is 4 USD.
